Client Service Associate
“I’ve always worked in customer service, and I love helping people in any way, shape, or form,” says Maggie Zeller, one of the Client Service Associates at Davenport Wealth Management. “My favorite part of this job is the people – our team and our clients.”
The position at Davenport was attractive to Maggie for several reasons – she knew her client service skills would be put to great use; she was excited about the chance to learn from a top-notch financial adviser; and she was seeking a positive, dynamic team environment. Maggie describes herself as “kind of a software geek” with a real attention to details, and she enjoys the chance to put that part of her mind to good use at the office.
At Davenport, Maggie prepares documents for clients, from updating beneficiaries to opening new accounts, keeping the firm calendar, schedules meetings, connects with outside vendors, and ensures the advisors are setup for success when meeting with clients.

It’s nice to be part of a true team.” Maggie sees Kevin as setting that strong team culture from the top. “Kevin has a great personality and really cares for our clients. He is personable and professional all at once and a real detail person – when I was applied for the role he asked me to show my skills by answering sample client emails.”
When she is not at the office, Maggie enjoys Cleveland’s culinary options and its great arts and culture scene. Maggie is a native Clevelander who earned her BA from Cleveland State and then headed out west for a new adventure in California and Arizona. Missing home and family, she moved back to Northeast Ohio and joined Davenport in her current role. “I feel really fortunate to have found a place like Davenport Wealth Management – it is an awesome team that enjoys each other’s company and love what we do.”
